The College of Central Florida partners with American Home Inspectors Training to offer flexible online home inspection courses.

CF has chosen AHIT’s courses because it is the industry’s most comprehensive home inspection training available. The course contains all the information you need to launch your home inspector career.

The course covers 14 key components of a home inspection and is approved in Florida for the 120-hour pre-licensing requirement. It addresses the entire home inspection process using instructor presentations, GoPro video footage of actual inspections and other supportive materials.

The proven step-by-step training approach is taught in small segments to make learning easier. Also included in the course is business and marketing training to help you start your own business.

  1. Online Only – 100% self-paced learning meets all Florida course requirements.

  2. Optional Hands-on Field Training – Get field experience with two days of hands-on mock inspections, guided by industry experts, Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. each day.   • AHIT cannot accept military benefits, but they do provide a military discount for students if they pay out of pocket.
